Episode 111 - Devin Shelton from Emery

In Episode 111, Keith and Justin have the incredible opportunity to talk with Devin Shelton from Emery. The guys discuss Devin's new solo album, Sensation, as well as his musical influences and inspirations for lyrics. Devin takes us through the process of writing and recording the album, as well as what's going on now through BC Supply and the BadChristian podcast. The guys also talk about the changing format of media and music, Devin talks about how to respond to negative comments, and Keith asks us all a tough question about the church. We had an absolute blast talking with Devin, so be sure to listen in! In the beginning, Keith and Justin talk about what it means to be a neighbor, how Keith's not the best at it, and how being a neighbor is different in Boston than in North Carolina. As always, we are then joined once again by Darcy Rumble from Giants in the Sound as we talk about Wovenwar's new album, Honor is Dead. Finally, in the end, after the guys come down from fangirling, they wrap up the show by talking about the upcoming Superbowl matchup, and whether the Patriots are going to win (again). As always, be sure to comment, rate, and subscribe to the podcast. Let us know what you think!
