Episode 69 - Superheroes, Villains, and Whatever's in Between: The Gray Areas of Heroic Morality

In Episode 69, Keith W, Justin, Keith H, David, and Wesley discuss the topic of superheroes and morality. Are our heroes more morally ambiguous now than they were in the past? Why do we see these new traits in our movies? Why do we connect with superheroes and villains so well? Why does any of this matter? And is Batman a total hypocrite? Listen to find out what we think! In the beginning, we are joined by our friend Brooks as we react to a woman's rant about the SCOTUS ruling on gay marriage. As always, we are also joined by our friend Darcy Rumble from Giants in the Sound as we recap our favorite albums so far in 2016, as well as talk about Poured Out's new EP. Finally, we end the show by watching the new Star Wars: Rouge One trailer, as well as find out where Justin is going to grad school! As always, be sure to comment, rate, and subscribe to the podcast.
