Episode 71 - #BlackLivesMatter or #AllLivesMatter?: A Discussion on Race and Reactionary Movements

In Episode 71, Keith W, Justin, Keith H, David, and Brooks sit down to talk about reactions to the #BlackLivesMatter movement. What is the purpose of #BlackLivesMatter? Why do people have such strong feelings toward it, both in support and against it? Why do people insist on proclaiming that #AllLivesMatter? Does the movement do more harm than good? As five white guys, do we have any authority to talk about these issues? Listen to find out what we think! In the beginning, the guys react to a racist pastor preaching against interracial marriage, and we discuss our own interracial relationships as well. Also, as always, we are later joined by Darcy Rumble from Giants in the Sound as we geek out over the Underoath concert that we went to. Finally, we wrap up the show by giving some final thoughts and talking about sports (or something). As always, be sure to comment, rate, and subscribe to the podcast! Let us know what you think!
