Episode 77 - Interview with Shannon Low of The Order of Elijah

In Episode 77, Keith W, Justin, David, and Jack sit down to talk with the lead vocalist of the band The Order of Elijah, Shannon Low. They discuss Shannon’s decision to come out as an atheist, and how that has affected his career in a Christian band. They discuss the repercussions and backlash of such a decision, and how it leads to artistic freedom. They also talk about Shannon’s process of writing their past two albums, and how the events in his life has shaped his art. In the beginning, we shoot the breeze and catch up with what the guys have been up to. As always, Darcy Rumble from Giants in the Sound also joins us, as we talk about the resurgence of pop-punk bands in recent months. Finally, in the end, we give our final thoughts and finish the episode in delirious rambling. Be warned, there are expletives in this episode, so if you’re not used to that, then be prepared.
